Feeding Carnivorous, prefers to eat algae, brine shrimp, other crustaceans, tubifex, tablets, flakes, pellets.
Gender Males have a red edge on their anal dorsal and caudal fins and the males tend to have more brighter colours.
Comments These guys go great in a peaceful community tank, due to their peaceful behaviours. Chromides need to be kept in freshwater with a little bit of salt otherwise their colours will eventually fade and so will their appetite.
