The Oranda’s are one of the most popular variety of goldfish in the world, especially the Redcap Oranda which is very popular. The Oranda is a beautiful gold fish with a large round body, shimmering scales, and a long flowing split caudal fin that fans out when it comes to a stop. Bit hard to tell but during breeding season the males will have little white prickles on their scales, called breeding tubercles. The females are also a bit fatter then the males if looked from above. |
